Rather than spending large amounts of time analysing the problem, I help clients move toward the future they want—using a blend of evidence-based therapies including Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and imagery-based techniques such as rescripting and positive visual imagery.
